I am Het Shah, and am glad that you are here on my blog. The food & the stories that you will read here is basically Me. The credit for my fascination with cooking goes to my grandmother, she is the person that made me fall in love with food & its process. And how can I not mention the city I come from, Aamchi Mumbai, a city that’s blessed with some amazing food culture one can find.

Being a Gujarati, I can safely say, we are by default created to eat and eat and repeat till we eat more. So, when it comes to food, I have been blessed with good taste buds and I promise you to revive your love for food through this blog. Btw, did I mention I am a commercial photographer & not a chef.
